We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join the Clinical Administration Team at Hull University Teaching Hospital to support our GI Physiology team.
The role will primarily be based at Hull University Teaching Hospitals at Castle Hill Hospital.
As a Senior Administrator, you will support the administration team to manage the end-to-end clinical administrative processes associated with the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high-quality administration service for our patients.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa, and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Main duties of the job
Our Senior Administrators play a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients' end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team. Your day-to-day duties may include:
* Management of appointments
* Ensuring clinics are fully utilised
* Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
With a starting salary of £24,071 per annum/pro rata, a generous NHS pension scheme, and a fantastic annual leave package (27 days annual leave pro rata, plus bank holidays), we offer excellent opportunities to progress within clinical administration.
Although previous administration experience would be helpful, we are primarily looking for individuals with a passion for working in a healthcare setting and those with a 'can do' attitude. Candidates should possess the following skills:

Qualifications / Experience
* Good standard of general education to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English Language
* NVQ Level 2 Business Administration
