Accounts Administrator required on a temporary basis from the end of October through to Xmas. This individual will be supporting a senior finance team member with the below tasks and is expected to have past experience in a similar position.
The role is based out of the client's office in Leatherhead, Surrey, where free parking is available. The role is for Monday to Friday in the client's office, and the hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Tasks:
1. Checking of invoice requests and amend if necessary.
2. Raise purchase orders.
3. Process payments.
4. Speak regularly to clients, sub-contractors, and colleagues (chasing in all sorts of aspects).
5. Ad-hoc admin tasks supporting the finance team members.
6. Accounts administration.
7. Communicate with other departments and chase down queries/updates where necessary.
8. Solid work ethic and ability to take tasks through to completion.
