About Our Client
New opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to join an established and growing team based in Guildford.
Job Description
3. Process weekly payroll
4. Save timesheets in PDF and JPEG Format
5. Add timesheets manually into current payroll system.
6. Raising self bills and umbrella invoices
7. Raising sales invoices either through system for sending out PDF's
8. Adding expenses for contractors as and when necessary
9. New starter checks.
10. New client onboarding as and when required.
11. Setting up payment runs
12. Taking payments off sage accounts
13. Formatting BACS
14. Handling contractor/client queries by either phone or email!
15. Helping with sending Statement on accounts to clients as and when required
16. Helping the Accounts manager as and when required
The Successful Applicant
17. Must have relevant payroll experience
18. Excellent attention to detail
19. Able to work to short deadlines
20. May have worked in an accountancy team but not essential
What's on Offer
Payroll Assistant
21. Salary up to £30,000
22. 25 days - increases to 30 with each year + 1 for bday
23. Hybrid (2 days at home) after training
