About the role
As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investor community, strengthening client relationships, and supporting capital-raising initiatives. Reporting to the VP, Head of Corporate & Funds, you'll act as a key point of contact for investorshandling inbound queries and supporting outbound communications to deliver a high-quality investor experience and proactively contribute to growing our investor base.
Youll gain a deep understanding of our investment products and business model, helping to ensure our investors are well-informed, supported, and confident in their relationship with LendInvest. Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of LendInvests investment platform, products, and value proposition.
- Respond to investor queries across channels, including phone, live chat, email, and our support portal.
- Manage investor workflows through the platform, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
- Own the resolution of investor-reported issues from first contact through to resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Support the sales and capital raising strategy by identifying and nurturing leads and investor interest.
- Assist with the onboarding of new investors, guiding them through the investment process.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure investor needs are met and insights are shared.
- Escalate service or operational issues to senior management as required.
- Contribute to investor reporting, presentations, and communications materials.
- Attend investor meetings, webinars, and events, supporting relationship building and brand visibility.
- Proactively suggest improvements to the investor journey and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Commercial awareness and interest in investment markets.
- Prior experience in investor relations, financial sales, or client services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and Dropbox.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
- A professional, client-focused attitude with a genuine interest in building relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
