Registration Officer - Gloucester Location: Gloucester / Hybrid Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time, but part time and job share roles could be considered Salary: £25,792 per annum & excellent benefits package We are proud to be working with HM Land Registry who are currently looking for Registration Officers to join their team based in Gloucester. What will you be doing? -Registration Officer - Gloucester As a Registration Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative and casework processing activities. You will also process elements of routine and volume HM Land Registry casework to the required service level agreement standards and timescales. Your main duties will include: · Processing information services, and making amendments to HMLR data, including updating the Land Register with mortgage details in line with HMLR practice and procedures · Providing administrative support to caseworkers and casework processes · Following practice and procedures, referring matters outside of your own authority to more senior caseworkers · Handling customer enquiries when required by the business via the telephone and email · Taking ownership of your own development, building capabilities through continuous learning · Undertaking other duties as required to meet business needs and support delivery of business objectives What do you need? -Registration Officer - Gloucester We are looking for candidates with strong organisation and time management skills who are able to work quickly and prioritise their workload. Previous administration experience would be highly advantageous, but isn’t essential. Additional Information This role is an office based role and all initial training will be undertaken on-site in the HM Land Registry office that you apply for (approx. 16 weeks). Following training, you will be able to undertake hybrid working as agreed with your line manager and team. Successful candidates will need to be available for the whole training period. Unavoidable absence during this time will be considered on a case by case basis before any formal offer can be made. Hours -Registration Officer - Gloucester Full time, 37 hours a week or part-time minimum of 30 hours per week, or job share options available. You will be required to work a minimum 30 hours a week over 4 or 5 days during your training period (approx. 16 weeks). Following successful completion of training and consolidation of your learning, you will be able to request flexible working patterns in line with our flexible working policy.
