Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Essential Requirements: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification and current NMC registration. A genuine passion for improving the mental well-being of patients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
