What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in the property, construction, or FM sectors (10 years). Expertise in building safety legislation and Government funding programmes. Strong project management skills (Prince2 or similar is a bonus). Qualifications such as RICS or MIRPM are highly desirable.
