Closing date: 2 February 2025 Recruitment Partner: Matt Haywood - matt.haywoodboots.co.uk About the role Pharmacy Operations Assistants play a key role in a dynamic team, working across multiple functions and developing knowledge and new skills to meet the needs of our stores, customers, and the wider business. The Pharmacy Operations Specialist will be part of a fast-paced team supporting the Optimisation team, broader pharmacy operations team and the Pharmacy field team who all manage the delivery of processes and operations in our stores. Key responsibilities will include Producing and analysing reports and data from multiple systems to support stores to maximise performance, compliance and adherence to contractual requirements Interpreting data and reporting on insights Working with store and field teams to manage and improve compliance and operational performance in line with business key performance indicators Supporting the Pharmacy Operations Optimisation team with delivery of projects including managing Data, generating insights, building proceses and guidance.
