JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Franchise Development Director, the Operations and Inventory Manager is responsible for developing and optimising inventory, fulfilment, and reporting systems to support global franchise operations and align with strategic objectives. Ensures alignment with company standards, enhances operational efficiency, and drives continuous improvement in franchise infrastructure. Influences strategic decisions, optimises processes, and implements scalable solutions that support long-term growth in collaboration with cross-functional teams and franchise partners. Builds strong relationships with franchise partners and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration, anticipate needs, and improve inventory and fulfilment processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Leads the development and management of a sustainable, replicable on-time reporting process and template in partnership with fulfilment and planning teams.
2. Owns the creation, implementation, and ongoing management of the seasonal flow calendar process and template to optimise inventory planning.
3. Influences the strategic direction of global franchise fulfilment, documenting logistics time and cost evaluations and proposing best delivery models in collaboration with Global Fulfilment and Trade Compliance teams.
4. Represents franchise inventory and order management needs in infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
5. Owns the creation and communication of all detailed order reporting by partner, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
6. Builds and drives the strategic vision for global flexible inventory management, leveraging insights from franchise partners, competitive analysis, and existing operational frameworks.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. 5+ years’ experience working with external partners in a franchise, wholesale, marketplace or similar capacity.
2. 5+ years’ experience working in inventory management, order management and/or planning and distribution.
3. Proven ability to support a cross-functional team towards achieving a common goal.
4. Demonstrated success influencing transformational change in new or growing businesses models.
5. Sound understanding of systemic platforms and processes in a franchise, wholesale, marketplace or similar business model.
6. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
7. University degree.
