Role overview:
Join WM Reply as a Graduate Project Manager and help empower organisations to achieve more through Microsoft 365 technologies. You will manage digital transformation projects, overseeing budgets, resources, and risks, while working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met. With a focus on innovation and learning, you'll develop expertise in project management methodologies, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to impactful change across industries.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions across various industries.
* Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, establish project goals, and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
* Apply project management methodologies to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure the smooth execution of all project phases.
* Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and motivation to ensure high performance and project success.
* Continuously monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as needed to meet client needs.
