Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to work with Key Stage 3 Nurture students. You will support learning across all subjects, with a focus on building students' social, emotional, and academic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with SEMH, ASD, and sensory needs in the classroom.
* Help students engage with the curriculum and develop key life skills.
* Work collaboratively with teachers to implement tailored learning plans.
* Encourage positive behaviour and provide emotional support as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience supporting students with ASD and SEMH needs.
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students.
