As a Sales & Membership Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of growing our recruiter network, managing high inbound applications, and driving consultative sales. This role is for someone who’s hands-on, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company, with the potential to step into a leadership role as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use LinkedIn, MeetAlfred, and automation tools to attract independent recruiters.
* Develop and refine targeted outreach campaigns to maximise engagement.
* Promote referral programmes to drive high-quality leads.
Managing Inbound Applications & Vetting
* Qualify, vet, and convert high volumes of recruiter applications.
* Use automated vetting tools alongside personal conversations to maintain a streamlined yet personalised process.
* Prioritise high-potential applicants for fast, high-quality onboarding.
* Own the end-to-end sales process, guiding recruiters through the application journey.
* Conduct Zoom calls and live demos, showing clear ROI rather than relying on a generic pitch.
* Upsell premium memberships and support account management in identifying growth opportunities for existing members.
Collaboration with Marketing & Account Management
* Align sales with marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging speaks to recruiter pain points.
* Provide insights from sales conversations to refine outreach strategies.
* Work closely with account management to increase engagement and membership upgrades.
Community Engagement & Relationship Management
* Play a key role in building a strong recruiter community.
* Engage in LinkedIn discussions, webinars, and industry events.
* Leverage social media, AI-driven content, and industry insights to keep recruiters engaged.
* Track and optimise the sales pipeline using Pipedrive, Jotform, and Google Workspace.
* Ensure seamless lead management, reporting, and follow-ups.
* Use data-driven insights to refine sales and engagement strategies.
Who We’re Looking For:
Essential Experience & Skills
* 3+ years in recruitment sales, SaaS sales, or professional services sales.
* Strong consultative selling skills—focused on value, not just transactions.
* Proven ability to manage high inbound lead volumes while keeping the process personal.
* Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
* Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), LinkedIn, and automation tools (MeetAlfred, Jotform, AI-driven outreach solutions, etc.).
* A hands-on, problem-solving mindset—happy to roll up your sleeves and figure things out.
Bonus Experience (Not Required, But Great to Have)
* Experience in community-building, hosting webinars, or networking.
* Exposure to start-ups or high-growth businesses where adaptability is key.
* Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or social media to drive inbound interest.
