We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our store at Co-op. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting colleagues to provide a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Friendly and Thoughtful Service: You will put customers first in everything you do, responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
* Teamwork: Work together with your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked and maintaining accurate prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Product Knowledge: Help introduce new products and services by sharing experiences with your colleagues and making changes feel natural.
* Community Engagement: Get involved in various activities and events to support your local community.
