Job Overview:
In Business Support you will be working closely with your Sales and Business Support colleagues to ensure the sales process is efficient, effective, and successful. You will deliver an excellent service to our clients, vendors, and funders.

Responsibilities:
* Efficiently and effectively manage and coordinate the sales and proposal process between clients, vendors, and funders, displaying excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and urgency throughout.
* Promptly conduct credit searches, prepare finance proposals, and liaise with funders and sales accordingly.
* Generate and issue all necessary finance documentation accurately and speedily, ensuring the documents are right first time.
* Raise necessary invoices and ensure prompt payment in the sales process.
* Ensure sales are processed and recorded accurately using our CRM and Proposal Management system.
* Capture and record full details of clients, vendors, and funders.
* Maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors, and funders throughout the sales process by way of excellent communication.
* Provide excellent levels of service to all customers.
* Keep up to date with customer needs and available options.
* Maintain good working relationships with the rest of the business.
* Positively contribute towards individual, departmental, and company objectives.
* Comply with all relevant regulatory standards and internal policies.

Required Skills and Experience:
* 12 months working in the finance industry in a similar role.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word and Excel.

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
