We're on the lookout for a dynamic and professional Administrator to join our team in Gravesend If you thrive in a supportive role and enjoy multitasking, we want to hear from you Duties: Admin support for 2 departments Support the financial director with raising payments and inputting data for budgets Liaising with the estimators closely Manage fees, raising invoices and purchase orders Managing the budgets and tracking costs Assist with interactive plans for the sales team Assist the buying teamSkills: Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. High level of professionalism and adaptability.
