Salary: Circa £26,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
1. Working within a solid Customer Service team responsible for face to face and phone based customer service.
2. Acting as the first point of contact for the company's customers.
3. Processing orders on the internal system.
4. Liaising with departments.
5. Managing queries and ensuring the system is kept up to date.
6. Discussing the product range with customers.
7. Performing additional administrative duties where required.
Qualifications
You will have customer services and administration experience, be flexible, willing to learn, have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, be computer literate, and possess a positive working attitude.
