We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and patient Support Worker dedicated to supporting people reach their maximum potential.
* The successful Support Worker will care for your client on a live-in or home visit basis, where you will have the opportunity to work one-to-one in a calm environment that feels secure for the resident.
* As a Support Worker, you will also need to be proactive in completing regular supervisions with staff and set a leading example of good practice.
Person Specification
* 2 years’ minimum experience working within Mental Health services including DID, Eating Disorder, and self-harm.
* Strong communication and engagement skills.
* Car Driver with Full UK Licence.
* You will have a caring and empathetic attitude.
* Transferable fully enhanced DBS.
