What you'll be doing at Webhelp
As a French-Speaking Booking Advisor for an Airline Company, you will:
1. Be in charge of booking management (altering, canceling, or creating new reservations)
2. Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls and email
3. Help the clients with doubts about Flight Club service, VIP Service, PRM (personal reduced mobility)
4. Deal with claims (strikes, lateness, cancellation, etc.)
5. Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions.
6. Go beyond the customer's service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience.
7. Listen to the customer's unique situation and acknowledge their needs.
We'll be a great match if you:
1. Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
2. Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
3. Have previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (is preferential)
4. Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative
5. For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
