An Estates Joiner is required to assist with planned and reactive maintenance of a wide range of buildings and equipment.
The post will be based at Woodend Hospital, Aberdeen. The area of responsibility for the post covers Woodend Hospital and a variety of other Estates buildings, Hospitals, and Clinics within South Aberdeenshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with planned and reactive maintenance of buildings and equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
* Recognised and registered EITB or CITB (or equivalent) craft Apprenticeship or City & Guilds appropriate qualification.
* Competent tradesman with extensive relevant experience in building maintenance, preferably in the health care sector.
* Flexible, integrated working approach to the delivery of Estates Service.
* Experience and awareness of H&S responsibilities.
* Must possess a current, full driving licence.
Interviews will be held at Woodend Hospital Estates Office.
Salary is Band 4 (£29,116 to £31,670).
