As the Propositions Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and embedding market-led propositions that align with the firm’s strategic goals. You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading the creation and enhancement of propositions to meet market and client needs.
* Crafting compelling business cases that drive strategic initiatives forward.
* Collaborating closely with internal teams, from legal experts to marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective delivery.
* Monitoring and refining existing products to enhance profitability and efficiency.
* Using market research and client insights to stay ahead of industry trends.
* Providing essential training and support to ensure everyone understands and communicates the firm’s unique value.
You’ll be a results-driven, strategic thinker with a keen sense of market dynamics and client needs. To thrive in this role, you should have:
