We are seeking a Registered Manager with a strong domiciliary care background to lead an established and well-reputed service in Croydon. With over 2,000 hours of care plus live-in care packages, they have maintained a strong reputation for the past couple of years but looking for fresh ideas to develop the service further to new heights.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
1. Oversee the day-to-day management of domiciliary and live-in care services
2. Ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards
3. Develop and implement strategies for service growth and continuous improvement
4. Lead, support, and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals
5. Maintain compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
6. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including service users, families, and local authorities
Registered Manager Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a management role within domiciliary care
2. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
3. Ability to drive service development and quality improvement
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
5. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards) preferred
