Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a part of delivering an amazing customer experience and help unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance.

Compensation Details
Base Pay: $ per hour
Enhanced Rate: $ per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $ per hour
Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $ per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
Requirements
1. 18 years of age or older
2. Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
3. Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
4. Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
5. Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
6. Complete a background check and health screening
7. Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
8. NOT Compatible: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite.
(For example, T-Mobile is not compatible with our internal systems)
NOTE: Ethernet Connection is not the same as Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapter/extenders.
Essential Responsibilities
9. Inbound/Outbound Calls
10. Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently
11. Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
12. Application Data Entry
13. Online chat inquiries as assigned
14. Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
15. Creative problem-solving skills
16. Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
17. Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization)
18. Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams
19. Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

20. Moderate to Advanced computer skills
21. High level of comfort learning new technology
22. High level of professionalism
23. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
24. Comfortable working from home

Preferred Experience (not required)
34. Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
35. Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
36. Previous experience in a Call Center
37. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
38. Spanish Bilingual, a plus
