This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Architect with the desire to progress their career further as there is a potential to step up into an Associate position. Senior Architect Position Remuneration
1. Competitive salary £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE, potentially more for a very strong candidate)

Senior Architect Position Overview
12. Work on a range of projects within the Education, Leisure, and Public sectors
13. Create detailed designs using Revit
14. Take leadership on projects throughout all RIBA stages
15. Manage an architectural team
16. Liaise with other professionals and build relationships with Clients
17. Attend site visits
18. Resource planning and allocating work to various team members
19. Mentoring junior staff
Senior Architect Position Requirements
20. ARB Registered Architect
21. Ability to run projects
22. Live within a commutable distance to Maidstone
23. Practical experience using Revit is desirable
24. Knowledge of UK building regulations
25. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other professionals and Clients
26. Motivated individual
27. Ability to take initiative
28. Excellent communication skills
