Salary: £50,000–£65,000 (Negotiable)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £150,000+

The Role
As an Education Recruitment Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for setting up and managing your own branch. You’ll drive business growth, develop client relationships, and build a high-performing recruitment team, all while sharing in the success of the business through an equity stake.
Key Responsibilities
* Branch Setup: Lead the establishment of your own education recruitment branch, including selecting office space and building operational processes.
* Business Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts, identifying and capitalising on business opportunities.
* Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of recruitment consultants.
* Client Engagement: Deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs while maintaining exceptional service standards.
* Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance and ensure the branch meets and exceeds financial targets.
* Equity Ownership: Contribute to the long-term success of the branch and benefit from a shared equity scheme.
