Your new role Working with a small, but established finance team, you will be working closely with both the Finance Manager and the supporting finance staff to ensure that all overdue monies are collected effectively and on time. Your key duties will include:- Ensuring charges & costs are accurately calculated and recorded Liaise with internal and external points of contact to ensure payments are made in a timely manner Maintain customer records Payment query resolution Assist with payment plans Ad hoc duties to support the wider finance function What you'll need to succeed Are you proactive? The role is initially office-based, and once the probation period is completed it will move to hybrid with up to 2 days working from home.
