The salary £26k with double OTE, uncapped, a fantastic benefits package. They will have regular contact with customers, understand their needs and consider how our products can meet their needs. Reporting into the Internal Sales Manager you will be responsible for contract renewals and associated data and documents. You will also process and qualify incoming sales leads and will directly handle desk based small sales. You will use of the CRM and produce complete, robust contract documentation in line with company policy. You will manage successful customer relationships, addressing contractual and commercial queries, liaising with other teams and departments where required to ensure a positive outcome for the customer and for the business. What you will be doing: • Manage your contract renewals and ensure they are actioned promptly. • Manage your own pipeline for new business deals. • Identify upsell opportunities with existing customers and escalate or action as required. • Action targeted campaigns for upselling and special opportunities that have been identified internally. • Monitor incoming leads and action accordingly. • Use the CRM to record all activity, contract and customer data. • Obtain all necessary documentation such as purchase orders. • Ensure all contract documents are managed and filed appropriately in line with company policy. • Collaborate with sales managers on specific goals and tasks in pursuit of the contractual and sales objectives for each account. Offer sales support where needed to ensure fast, effective and professional response to customers’ needs and opportunities. • Recognise and communicate significant customer information and customer feedback to management as a priority. • Clear, concise and accurate reporting of activities to the Internal Sales Manager on a regular basis. • Attend face to face customer meetings alongside sales managers when required and participate in client engagement events. • Prioritise customer retention and manage customer cease requests to ensure the best outcome for all parties. What we are looking for: Essential: • Demonstrable Account Management experience • Positive attitude towards ensuring customer satisfaction as a top priority. • Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English language. • A strong understanding of commercial aspects of business, and competency in basic mathematics and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Calendar, Teams, Sharepoint and Excel. • High level of competency using enterprise level CRM systems to record data and information. • Ability to work under pressure, organise workload, follow a schedule of planned activities, and meet fixed deadlines. • Quality orientated, highly motivated individual, delivers high quality output to both internal and external customers. • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills with a collaborative and empathic approach. • Driven, dynamic and tenacious approach to completing tasks. • Smart and presentable for online and in person customer interactions. Desirable: • Understanding of the contractual terms and conditions and contract lifecycles • Experience of working for, or with the NHS. What happens next?
