Lead and support research projects, ensuring high standards of practice and accuracy.
Assist in developing evidence-gathering tools and methods.
Conduct evidence collection through literature reviews, shadowing, and on-site visits.
Analyse qualitative and quantitative data with specialised software.
Draft analysis, briefings, and report sections based on thorough data review.
Collaborate with research leads to securely store evidence and maintain documentation throughout projects.What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Proven research skills, with experience in data gathering and analysis - gained through work or academic projects.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Experience using specialist software for data analysis.Desirable:
