The Company:
They are an innovative company specialising in the EMobility industry.
The Role:
The company is looking for a candidate with warranty management experience to join their growing team.
Duties include, but aren't limited to:
1. Ensure repair workflows and warranty claims processes are prioritised to ensure smooth, efficient service for customers.
2. Provide sufficient resources to meet strict SLA's.
3. Collaborate with global service centres and workshops, ensuring high standards of quality and customer care.
4. Handle a company's warranties and claims, which involves recording warranty information, managing claims, and tracking warranty performance.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in warranty management within an electro-mechanical or technology-driven industry.
2. Strong understanding of warranty claims processes, service networks, and quality control.
3. Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
4. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external service providers.
5. Proficiency in warranty tracking systems and data analysis.

Package:
1. £40,000 - £50,000 per year depending on experience.
2. 40hrs per week Monday - Friday.
3. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
