Repetiteur (Male Artists) - The Royal Ballet - Covent GardenPermanent; full timeBased on site at the Royal Opera House, Covent GardenRole to commence from August 2025 for the 25/26 seasonUnder the leadership of Kevin O`Hare, The Royal Ballet unites tradition and innovation in world-class performances at Covent Garden and through cinema, streaming and touring worldwide.We are seeking to recruit an experienced Repetiteur, who will work closely with the Senior Repetiteurs to teach, prepare and rehearse dancers with an emphasis on the male corps de ballet (Soloists, Artists and First Artists of the Royal Ballet), and male students of the Royal Ballet School, for designated Royal Ballet productions.Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a fast paced and dynamic environment, working in tandem with the rest of the artistic team to ensure dancers are supported and developed to meet their full potential. They will be used to working to a busy performance schedule and have effective time management skills. They will be able to demonstrate: Knowledge of the classical repertoire and, where possible, of Royal Ballet productions A track record in teaching, rehearsing, and developing professional male dancers to the highest standards Experience and understanding of the working practices of a major theatre The ability to motivate and coach people to perform and achieve superior results Experience of male partnering coaching at a major Classical Ballet CompanyThe Royal Ballet and Opera is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment in which everyone can thrive.
