Seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join an established HR Team within a leading E&P business. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our client’s dynamic HR function, allowing you to develop a broad skill set. Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Facilitating recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, onboarding and induction presentations.
* Maintaining and managing HRIS systems with precision, supporting accurate reporting.
* Coordinate the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit interviews, ensuring seamless administration.
* Handling international recruitment logistics, supporting overseas hires with relocation arrangements.
* Supporting HR projects, employee events and professional development initiatives.
