We are looking for a highly motivated natural leader to work with our current office team, support our clients and carers.
A day in the life of the deputy could include:
. Providing support, guidance and mentoring to staff.
. Responding promptly to enquiries for care.
. Assisting and onboarding new clients. Meeting new clients and families.
. Reviewing existing clients and updating workplans.
. Managing the work of the client services team.
. Handling client or family concerns or queries.
. Auditing the work of the carers and office team.
. Liaising with GPs, DNs, OTs, dementia teams when client’s needs change.
. Ensuring the team is compliant with CQC standards.
Our ideal candidate would have:
. An NVQ 4 in health and social care or an AHP degree or equivalent experience and a desire to complete a level 5 in the future.
. Experience in the care of elderly clients and an understanding of frailty of dementia care.
. A commitment to providing outstanding care.
. An understand of CQC and the new framework.
. A willingness to work out of hours on a rota basis.
. A pro active approach to learning and developing.
