Our client, based in Gloucester, is a dynamic, growing business with over 20 years of operation. Due to recent growth and future plans, they are recruiting for an enthusiastic Sales Order Processor on a permanent basis.
The role supports the busy Sales and Projects team, focusing on creating orders and quotations with accuracy and attention to detail. You will work in a busy, varied environment as a key member of a lively team.
Full training on the role and processes will be provided.
Responsibilities:
* Accurate and timely processing of quotations in the company ERP system, sending them directly to customers in line with KPI targets.
* Handling email and telephone inquiries.
* Creating artwork proofs for customer approval before production, adhering to timeframes.
* Assisting with sample requests.
* Updating the CRM system and maintaining customer records.
* Processing orders accurately and supporting the customer journey by managing project entries and follow-ups in line with SLA’s and KPI’s.
* Communicating with clients about each stage of their customer journey.
* Helping clients understand the products on offer (full training provided).
* Following up on undelivered orders, investigating with couriers/suppliers, and updating customers on progress.
* Performing other ad hoc duties as required.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a 4.30pm finish on Fridays.
