Our client is an established organisation looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join their team for up to 12 months.
This is a hybrid role based in central Bradford, with 2/3 days a week in the office.
The role will be varied but duties will include:
1. Working alongside a Merchandiser to assist in the production of range plans, providing detailed analysis.
2. Reviewing in season trading.
3. Using forecasts and weekly performance reports to assess KPI's.
4. Reviewing style performance on a weekly basis and making recommendations.
5. Managing all merchandising administration systems and procedures to ensure product availability and delivery.
6. Managing the maintenance of contracts.
7. Managing delivery and shipment deadlines.
8. Collating regular feedback to maximise sales.
9. Providing information and analysis to assess levels of dormant stock.
10. Ensuring the delivery schedule is managed.
11. Ensuring compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies and FCA Conduct Rules.
About you
1. Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel.
2. Highly organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Ability to work on own initiative or as directed.
4. An enthusiastic, tenacious and proactive individual.
5. High attention to detail.
