Job Title: Maths and English Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide one-on-one tutoring in Maths and English subjects.
* Create individualised lesson plans to meet the specific needs of each student.
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* Help students improve their understanding and application of Maths and English concepts.
* Encourage and motivate students to reach their academic goals.
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge and expertise in Maths and English curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with students of varying abilities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience in Maths and English.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of educational best practises.
* Ability to engage and motivate students.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education.
* Experience working with students with special educational needs.
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule.
* Work primarily in a classroom or tutoring centre setting.
* May require travel to different locations within Oxfordshire.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
