We're looking for a driven Operations Service Manager to guide our Treatment Centre Operations team to new heights of excellence. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional results that align with our forward-thinking vision.
In this vital leadership role, you'll ensure our operational priorities are seamlessly aligned with strategic goals. You'll oversee the efficient management of resources including people, consumables, equipment, and facilities ensuring smooth, effective day-to-day operations.
This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful collaboration with other Operations Service Managers and cross-functional teams to drive safe, sustainable, and high-quality service delivery. You'll also travel to Community Treatment Centres, gaining valuable insights and making a hands-on difference where it matters most.
We're seeking an inspiring leader who motivates and empowers teams through role modelling and effective collaboration, makes sound business decisions independently, and is passionate about delivering client-focused, high-quality service. Experience in healthcare operations or familiarity with the Care Quality Commission is a plus.
