Job Title: QHSE Lead Reporting To: QHSE Manager Location : Aberdeen - Hybrid 2 days in office per week Salary: Highly competitive The QHSE Lead is a vital member of the organisation, supporting the delivery of projects, tenders and support to the operational business units. The QHSE Lead will report functionally to the QHSE Manager and operationally to the Project and Asset Managers, as required. The QHSE Lead will be responsible for supervision of the QHSE Advior(s) / QHSE Coordinator(s) and ensuring suitable resources are available to support project and tender deliverables. The QHSE Lead will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of QHSE excellence in all project related activities and across the business. Upon joining your objectives and responsibilities will include: Supervision and mentoring of QHSE Advisor(s) and QHSE Coordinator(s) Provision of high-quality QHSE subject matter expertise Focal Point for external audits (eg: Client, Regulator, DNV) Collaborate with project and tendering teams to ensure suitable resources available to support required deliverables Support global operations as required for delivery of projects and tender responses Maintain project-specific documentation, including records of risk assessments, training and incidents Ensuring all QHSE Events (accidents, incidents, non-conformances) are reported and investigated as per Beam procedures and legislative requirements Act as the primacy point of contact between operational teams and the QHSE Manager Ensure seamless communication of QHSE requirements, updates and initiatives to all Operations stakeholders (eg: projects, tendering, assets) You should apply if you have: We know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap.
