What you will do:
To provide a comprehensive Portering / Grounds Maintenance / Waste Management Service within University Hospital Crosshouse.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You will have good communication, verbal or otherwise and practical skills and have the ability to operate a wide range of vehicles and mechanical & moving aids.
The post holder will require the following skills/qualifications:
1. Full Current Driving License (essential)
2. High level of mobility and stamina
3. IT computer literate
4. Good Communication
5. Ability to comply with Departmental Procedures within a very large department
6. Ability to work individually and in a team setting
7. Ability to complete work schedule within designated timescale
8. Waste Management Policy Regulations

Hours: This is a bank post, working as and when required. The Post requires very flexible availability over 7 days per week, 24 hours a day and the role will cover all aspects of Portering duties Working as and when required with a focus of weekend and evening availability.
Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
Full Car Driving licence is essential to this role and you must evidence this.
