Establishing the nature of customer calls, to log and prioritise the customer requirement, through use of the company’s ERP system. Scheduling customer jobs for the Nationwide Field Service Team, using your strong organizational skills to ensure the engineers location and proximity to site, are taken into consideration in line with the service level agreement terms and priority level of job. Maintain good working relationships with customers to ensure we are providing the best possible customer care.
