Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, managing the store and handling challenging situations with ease.
* Develop and support your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, managing diligence checks and stock accuracy to provide a great shopping experience for our customers.
* Support your store manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering various HR processes.
* Lead the way in introducing new products and services, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
