We provide clearance services of void properties daily. This also includes garden waste, landscaping and/or communal spaces associated with void properties. Work takes place both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather and the work can be strenuous as lots of heavy lifting involved. Main Duties Removal of household and commercial items of furniture and other personal possessions for either storage or disposal. Thoroughly clean the property when required. To undertake horticultural practices necessary for the clearance and restoration of gardens and open spaces associated with mhs properties. To use a variety of cleaning chemicals in compliance with the COSHH regulations, associated cleaning tools and equipment, small to medium hand and battery tools, gardening equipment, and any other equipment to facilitate the restoration of the property to a habitable condition. To undertake a variety of minor DIY works associated with clearance and cleaning task as required. To undertake supportive duties, for caretakers/Grounds as and when required to meet MHS requirements.
