We are looking for an IT support engineer to join a busy fast paced environment as a Group IT Support Engineer The role is paying £26k per annum and is a great development opportunity for a candidate looking to progress into a desktop support engineer. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing, and configuring new systems, and maintaining network security. You will also be involved in training and supporting end-users, documenting procedures and best practices, and collaborating with other IT professionals. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
