We are currently recruiting a talented Executive Chef to join our team in the Defence sector. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
Job Description:
* Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
* Oversee and implement menu changes to meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our clientele
* Identify opportunities to improve our food services and implement changes accordingly
You will be working closely with our kitchen team to ensure that our kitchens are well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, as well as experience supervising a team and holding a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent. A flexible approach to working is also essential, as you may be required to work varied shifts.
We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
