The role:Change, incident and request management
Collaborate with other service analysts to uphold agreed SLAs
Support in quarterly reviews reporting on SLAs
Make recommendations for continuous improvements to operational procedures
Effectively manage and resolve technical escalations
Server support, networking, backups and restores
Fast resolution and fulfilment approach
Site visits when required
Experience to succeed:Minimum of 4 years working in a Service Analyst role
Active Directory, Windows 10, Intune, Office 365, GPO, SCCM
Networking - WAN and LAN technologies
Proficient in supporting a Microsoft environment - Windows Servers 10-19
Scripting with PowerShell
Worked in an ITIL driven, fast-paced, environment
Running Backups and Restores
Strong people and communication skills
