An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the RMF Group Equine Team. Working under the guidance of the Delivery Manager, we are looking for a qualified tutor to join the current team and deliver a mixture of L1 and L2 training.
The post holder will be involved in the planning and delivery of equestrian training and practical skills for our equine students aged 19+ and will work with the wider team to support learners to access employment in the sector post successful completion of the training.
Many of the working hours for this role will be undertaken in normal working hours (8-6) but may include some weekend and evening cover.
There will be some aspects of horse care and site maintenance as and when required.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
* Curriculum planning and development
* Experience of teaching in an adult education setting
* Interpersonal and communication skills
Key results/objectives:
* Plan, design, and deliver engaging training sessions for adult learners
* Monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted support strategies
* Stay up to date with industry developments and trends, applying this knowledge to enhance teaching practices and the curriculum
Responsible for equipment:
All aspects of RMF equine equipment, ensuring it is fit for purpose, safe and meets industry regulations.
Any additional information:
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
