Position: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Central Support / Billericay – Essex. (Hybrid working 2 days office based)

The Role:
We are looking for a specialist in mainly Offline Marketing ! (Working alongside our Digital and Social Media Marketing Managers).
Able to create a National Marketing proposition and bring that to life in 22+ locations around England and Wales.
Ability to create that Brand and ensure that Brand consistency is delivered consistently across a multi site organisation.
Main duties
1. Working with Operational teams to develop proposition for new product launches and existing product development (i.e. dementia care / the Residences etc)
2. Developing campaign propositions for existing and new product launches, briefing agencies and developing compelling, communications
3. Developing overarching marketing plan for local Marketing Manager to execute against
4. Working collaboratively with local marketing manager and key stakeholders in S&M team to develop a suite of assets that make the biggest impact to fulfil lead generation and occupancy targets
5. Briefing and working with Operations and local CRMs for activation.
6. Writing marketing briefs and being main point of contact for relevant agencies (creative, potentially media, print production houses etc)
7. Building marketing propositions with agencies and building the communications plan to cascade.across the Operation.
8. Someone who can creatively bring something to life in the homes.
9. Able to manage and support Designer – help to triage their workload with the business. ]
10. Briefing and managing development of master brand assets i.e. photography, videography etc
11. Ad hoc writing of copy where required
12. Ad hoc management of Marketing / brand projects
Person
13. Someone who is comfortable working autonomously, being able to develop ideas and perspective to share with the Head of Marketing for review
14. Ability to create and present ideas across the business, articulate and influence operations to get on board.
15. Ability to deal with some wide range of stakeholders across the business with varying understanding of marketing, able to bring that together.
16. Someone who has an eye for detail, comfortable working and understanding that all collateral needs to align to luxury produce/service that Hallmark portrays.
Experience
17. Someone from a Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare background (*Main point being, we have a physical product, environment and services being provided across multiple sites). This role is not wanting someone with a digital only background
18. Strong brand marketing background
19. Email, digital and social media marketing experience/awareness would be ideal to work with the other department SMEs
20. Ideally someone with previous management / leadership experience.
What We're Looking For:
21. Experience of working with 3rd party / agencies and building propositions
22. Development of integrated brand and direct response activations
23. Well versed at delivering marketing communications in a multi-site business
24. Media planning and execution at both a national and hyper local town/city level
25. Proven team leadership with management of design team an advantage ·
26. Awareness of brand and digital marketing best practices
27. Previous experience in luxury sector developing marketing & communications for premium priced products / services desirable
