A nationwide service provider to the vehicle fleet industry with an enviable reputation spanning 50 years is now looking for Customer Service Agents to join their existing call centre based in Avonmouth, Bristol.
As Customer Service Agent you will work on 4 days on 4 off shift basis and will be responsible for responding to volume vehicle breakdown enquiries in a timely manner, logging detailed breakdown reports on the internal call logging system and ensuring all breakdowns and defects are processed, despatched and updated in line with service level agreements.
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a fast paced, high volume call centre or customer service capacity, possess strong customer communication skills and be a competent user of computers and be proficient with Word and Excel
