Job Description
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior managers
* Manage complex diaries, organise meetings and appointments
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence of a highly confidential nature
* Manage communications between the executive office and internal or external contacts
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
* Ensure efficient and effective administrative systems and procedures
* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
* Support the preparation of the budget
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Executive Assistant' should have:
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
