Site Manager - South Midlands
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee and manage projects in the South Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, innovative team working on a range of residential developments in a thriving region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and project progression.
Monitor site progress, manage resources effectively, and maintain quality control procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
A valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary between £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
20% performance-related bonus.
