Parts Sales Advisor
Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a long-standing client in the Chesterfield area who are looking to expand their team with a Parts Sales Advisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor to join an established team and would suit an individual with previous Sales or Administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Service:
Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking parts for equipment.
Provide expert advice and product information to customers, helping them identify the parts they need.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of parts.
2. Order Management:
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of parts.
Monitor and follow up on backorders and ensure customers are kept informed about their order status.
3. Inventory Management:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory levels and product availability.
Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels and reorder parts as necessary.
Identify slow-moving stock and suggest strategies to increase sales of these items.
4. Sales Support:
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional activities.
Provide feedback to the Parts Sales Manager on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the overall goals of the sales team.
5. Technical Knowledge:
Stay updated with the latest product information, technical specifications, and industry trends.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
