JOB PURPOSE Due to an internal move, this position has been vacant for FP&A Manager in the Leatherhead office within the central FP&A team. - The FP&A Manager is responsible for providing financial insights and projections to the finance team. - He/she will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. - The FP&A Manager will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in preparing presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made. KEY RESULT AREAS - Support and assist in effective financial planning and analysis processes. - Manage the Budgeting, forecasting processes, and applications. - Perform Financial modeling and scenario analysis. - Lead the Strategic financial planning process from inception to close. - Perform ad-hoc analysis as required on Cost management, overhead, and SG&A control. - Actively perform Stakeholder management and communication with regions and business units. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Financial Reporting: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. - Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. Budgeting and Forecasting: - Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process. - Provide variance analysis and explanations. - Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. Financial Analysis: - Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Strategic Planning: - Support senior management with in-depth analysis. - Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies. Cost Management: - Monitor and manage the company's financial performance. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. - Implement financial controls and processes to ensure compliance. Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support. - Communicate financial results and recommendations to senior management. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
